Results are defined as measurable improvement in your primary health concern—such as reduction in hair fall, improved skin condition, better immunity, pain relief, or enhanced overall wellness—as per your initial consultation with our specialist doctor.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Money Back Guarantee, you must:
- Have purchased the complete recommended kits directly from the official Homaax™ website or app.
- Have used the correct number of kits for the defined eligibility period (e.g., if 5 months are prescribed, you must have completed 5 kits within 6 months).
- Have submitted at least 3–4 clear images/reports or progress updates throughout your treatment.
- Have completed a minimum of 3 consultation calls with your assigned Homaax™ doctor.
- Raise a money-back request within 30 days of placing your last kit order (5th/8th/12th month depending on your program).
